We request at least 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so or notify us may result in your account being charged $75 or value of booking deposit. We take booking deposits for online appointments. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, please contact info@thelaraclinic.com if you'd like your deposit refunded, otherwise deposit will remain in your account and be applicable to future treatments.

All treatments, procedures and or pre paid packages and gift cards are non refundable. Patient is educated prior to any treatment and consents to pricing and risk. Results are not garanteed. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. 

All skincare products purchased are non-refundable. Some of our skincare products are prescription strength and may cause redness and irritation. We recommend skincare consult and product review to ensure products are a fit prior to purchase.
